2. Eligibility for Refunds

You have 5 days from the date you received your painting to request a return and refund.
2.2 Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

3.2 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
